GARDEN SPA
To Create Best Spa Experience for You and Other Spa Guests, Our Policies are as follows:

1. Please Arrive 15 Mins prior to your Reserved Appointment to unwind in our Relaxation Lounge.
2. Should this be your first Garden Spa experience, please dedicate 15 Mins to fill out the Intake Form.
3. Please Silence Your Mobile Devices.
4. Please Notify Garden Spa staff if there is any immediate health concerns or issues that may prohibit Spa Treatments such as pregnancy, high blood pressure,
    heart concerns, or sunburns.
5. We do not recommend shaving within 24 Hours prior to Exfoliating Treatments, Pedicures or Waxing.
6. Gratuities are appreciated and generally given in the range of 15-20% of the total service amount. Gratuities can be given directly to the service provider or
    to the front desk. Gratuities for packages where more than one service provider is required will be split evenly amongst Garden Spa associates.
7. As a courtesy to each guest we will start Treatment on-time; therefore, clients arriving late forfeit that portion of their scheduled service and will be charged for
    the complete service.
8. Should you need to cancel your appointment, please do so by calling us at 360-657-5771 at least 24 hours in advance. Unless a cancellation call is received
    within 24 hours prior to appointment time, 50% penalty will be charged. In the event of No-Show, a 100% penalty will be charged.
9. As company's policy, we do not sell gift cards.
